Brand storytelling for a downtown community.
During my time at The White Hart Café, I worked my way up from Barista to Assistant Social Media Manager, and eventually to Social Media Manager. In this role, I oversaw the café’s digital storytelling and online presence, ensuring our content reflected the warm, community-driven atmosphere and the unique energy of the downtown scene.
Capturing the rhythm of a neighborhood, one post at a time.
Each day, I followed a hands-on creative process — brainstorming and planning concepts, sketching and visualizing ideas, designing and refining details, and producing cohesive, engaging content. I interacted closely with the rhythms and culture of the downtown community, capturing its character through photography, writing captions, and scheduling posts that told an authentic and visually compelling story.
